Raphael De Mohan
Raphael co-authored the first book, edited the second and wrote the third book on the Vibrational Sound & Color system. He was recognized by Elias and the Hierarchy as the one to succeed Elias after his passing.
Three life themes
Born in Denmark in 1954, Raphael’s life developed through three closely connected themes: music, spiritual inquiry and psychology. He studied classical piano, church organ and guitar in his youth. A profound spiritual crisis at seventeen initiated a long search for understanding and transformation.
Raphael studied meditation, Tibetan Buddhism, Theosophy and contemporary spiritual systems. He also undertook psychotherapy and trained as a Gestalt therapist, body psychotherapist and music therapist. His professional life included psychotherapy, social rehabilitation, teaching psychology and psychiatry, lecturing and supervision.
Meeting Elias and expanding the work
Raphael encountered Vibrational Sound & Color around 2003 and met Elias in Denmark in 2006. He moved to Calgary in 2007 to live and work with Elias. Their collaboration brought Raphael’s experience in music, psychotherapy and spiritual practice into a shared esoteric context.
Following Elias’s passing in 2012, Raphael continued developing the system and its esoteric psychology. He published Journey Towards Soul Consciousness in 2024 and now teaches the system and translates the books into Danish.

Music, psychology and spiritual practice
Raphael De Mohan’s life and work bring together three enduring themes: music, spiritual search and psychology. A profound crisis at seventeen began a long process of recovery and inquiry. He studied meditation and Theosophy, then trained and worked across psychotherapy, Gestalt practice, body-oriented approaches and music therapy.
Raphael met Elias in 2006 and moved to Calgary in 2007. He helped develop and communicate the system, edited the second book and wrote a third book on the Vibrational Sound and Color System. After Elias’s passing, Raphael continued the work as his successor, integrating esoteric psychology with decades of teaching and therapeutic experience.
Raphael wrote and published Journey Towards Soul Consciousness in 2024, incorporating his vast experience and knowledge as a teacher of esoteric psychology. The knowledge in the three books is intended to serve future generations through a practical approach that removes unnecessary mystery from the developmental process.
Raphael is highly skilled at explaining and facilitating the step by step process of personal transformation, soul connection and as a guide to the different degrees of “Enlightenment” for those who wish to put in the required effort over time.
In 2024 Raphael moved back to Denmark, where he is teaching the system and translating the books into Danish.
